Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in time is at 4:00pm and check-out time is at 10:00am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years. The responsible person signing the agreement must be one of the guests staying during the reserved dates.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Pet Policy

  • The property is pet friendly. The pet policy allows up to 1 mature dog with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. Pet rent is not included in the quoted price.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice for the outdoor firepit. Two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter are provided for $25 plus tax per night.
  • Guests returning to Four Bear Falls may receive a discount of 10%, not to be combined with other discounts to the room rate.

Parking and Vehicle Information

  • Free parking is available.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov–March). Travelers visiting during winter months should be prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle; chains may be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers not prepared with the proper vehicle as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Towels and linens will be provided.
  • All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with utensils needed to cook meals. There is a starter set of paper products: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher detergent tablets, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These are enough for one or two nights.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book or digital guidebook.
  • Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are present in the property.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled within 24 hours of creation receive a full refund.
  • Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
